XLerate House

XLerate is hosted in the heart of Amsterdam at StartDock. From Monday to Saturday, this is the place to work, meet, plan, code and solve problems side by side. Workshops, mentoring sessions and program events all happen here: this is the pulse of XLerate.

Mentors

Every startup is paired with a domain expert who provides tailored advice. Founders meet their mentors in weekly 1:1 sessions designed to challenge assumptions, solve bottlenecks and bring practical insights from the field. They also open up their network, making introductions that can unlock partnerships, customers or investors.

Pilots

At XLerate, startups don’t build in isolation. Each team is paired with a test partner, a company willing to engage with the product in real conditions. Founders work directly with these partners throughout the program to test features, gather feedback, and pressure-test their solution against operational needs. The goal is simple: expose the product to reality as early as possible.

PitchXL

XLerate culminates in PitchXL, Amsterdam's biggest student pitching competition. After weeks of refining their product, sharpening their story and pressure-testing their strategy, the cohort presents what they have built in a room filled with investors, founders and operators.
