Fellow Testimonial: Fildzah Nauli (27), Marketing Fellow ‘24-25

At ASIF Ventures, we take pride in fostering a dynamic environment where young professionals can explore, learn, and grow in the world of venture capital. Our fellowship program provides hands-on experience, exposure to early-stage investing, and an opportunity to collaborate with innovative founders. Today, we’re excited to share Fildzah Nauli’s experience as an ASIF Ventures Fellow.

Meet Fildzah Nauli.

Fildzah is a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Digital Marketing from the University of Amsterdam. She is currently part of the ASIF Marketing team while exploring opportunities in Amsterdam and beyond.

Her interest in the startup world officially began in 2020, and discovering ASIF as a key player in Amsterdam’s ecosystem reignited her curiosity to further explore startups in this area.

Q&A With Fildzah

Q. What are your main tasks and responsibilities at ASIF Ventures?

In the Marketing team, I collaborate with my colleagues, rotating roles each week to manage social media, track KPIs, and brainstorm ideas, all while enjoying the process. I’ve been enjoying it so far, thanks to my wonderful team.

Q. Can you share a specific skill or experience you’ve gained through your role at ASIF that has significantly contributed to your personal or professional growth?

I have developed experience in creating newsletters with Mailchimp, managing websites on Squarespace, and analysing insights on Instagram and other marketing tools. I’m excited to continue learning and further expanding my skill set.

Q. Can you share a memorable experience or favorite aspect of your ASIF Ventures Fellowship?

I really enjoy the times when my team and I gather together. A recent highlight was connecting with a former ASIF fellow, Lawrence Ong, who is doing exceptionally well. His success in founding Arable, a Saudi-based agritech startup was inspiring.

Q. What advice would you give to future fellows?

It's a great way to explore your specific interests—whether in Marketing, Deal Flow, or other fields—while balancing school and work. If you're a startup or venture capital enthusiast, this is an opportunity you shouldn't miss.
